The eight-story building offers a total of 45 rooms across four room types: double, twin, family rooms, and dormitories. Richece Management acquired the existing accommodation facility and renovated it under the &AND HOSTEL brand concept. The property has opened as the second hotel under the &AND HOSTEL brand, with and factory commissioned to operate it.
The hostel is a two-minute walk from Daikokucho Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji and Yotsubashi lines.
