Route Inn Japan opened Hotel Route-Inn Grand Saku – Sakudaira Station South – on June 22.
The eight-story building offers 194 guest rooms, including twin rooms and deluxe twin rooms.
The hotel features separate natural hot spring public baths for men and women, called “Tabibito no Yu,” with a sauna and cold-water bath in each bath area. The public baths are available from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. the following day, and from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Meals are served at the NAGOMI restaurant. Breakfast is a buffet with an open kitchen, available from 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. The price is 1,800 yen for adults and 1,000 yen for elementary school children, and is free for guests who book through the official website. Dinner is served from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk from Sakudaira Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen, about a 5-minute drive from the Saku-Nakasato Interchange (IC) on the Joshinetsu Expressway, and about a 10-minute drive from the Saku Interchange (IC).
