Seven Airlines Change Checked Baggage Deadline for Domestic Flights from Haneda Airport
Japan Airlines (JAL) is asking passengers departing from the North Satellite of Terminal 1 at Tokyo Haneda Airport to save their boarding QR code screen in advance.
The North Satellite, which began operations on September 1, is used by JAL for gates 26 through 29. As mobile signal conditions near these gates can be unstable, it may take time for the QR code to appear in the app.
The North Satellite extends north from the area around the existing Gate 23 and has six aircraft stands. Of these, Stand 24 is used by Skymark Airlines, while Stand 29 is shared. It is approximately 1,068 meters, or a 16-minute walk, from Security Checkpoint E, and approximately 968 meters, or a 15-minute walk, from Security Checkpoint F.
