Caption by Hyatt Namba Osaka has been offering “Burger & Greens” since August 1.
At its café and dining venue, “Talk Shop,” the hotel offers six craft burgers, three salads, and three drinks. The menu incorporates salmon from Fukahiro, a fishmonger at Kuromon Market; pickles from Iseya, a pickle shop; and amino miso from nearby Daigen Miso.
Burger options include the “@Caption,” featuring two patties and onion sauce (double: 1,900 yen; triple: 2,500 yen); the “Umami Pulled Pork” (1,700 yen), made with amino miso in the sauce; and the “Salmon Katsu Burger” (1,900 yen), which pairs salmon cutlet with a sauce inspired by Osaka-style kushikatsu skewers. Salads include the “Classic Caesar Salad” (1,500 yen), topped with house-made salad chicken, and the “Kuromon Seafood Salad” (1,700 yen), made with fresh seafood from Kuromon Market.
Opening hours are from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Last orders for food are at 9 p.m., while drinks are available until 10:30 p.m. All prices include tax.
