Pratt & Whitney to Invest $25 Million to Expand Polish Manufacturing Facility
ANA Holdings has decided on the company name and brand name following the planned integration of three cargo business companies within the group on April 1, 2027.
The three companies to be integrated are ANA Cargo, Nippon Cargo Airlines, and NCA Japan. The new company will be named “ANA Nippon Cargo Airlines,” and its brand name will be “ANA Nippon Cargo.”
As of April 1, 2027, the company name will remain Nippon Cargo Airlines, with the change planned for the second half of fiscal 2027 or later. These plans are current as of now and may change depending on approvals from relevant authorities and other factors. The new brand name will be introduced on the same date.
The company said the new name embodies the sense of unity of the ANA Group, pride in the “Nippon Quality” that supports the services offered by the new company, and the desire to connect the trust and expertise built up by the three companies. The name “Cargo Airlines” also clarifies that it is a cargo airline that operates its own aircraft and takes responsibility for safety and quality.
Further details regarding the new brand will be announced at a later date.
