RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka Vignette Collection will hold its “Autumn Harvest Festival” from October 1 through 31.
The cake selection includes three varieties: pumpkin tart topped with cinnamon-scented pumpkin cream (756 yen); cheesecake made with purple sweet potato, mascarpone, and cream cheese (756 yen); and black sesame cream puffs (648 yen), distinguished by their black-and-purple contrast. Three types of cupcakes will also be available: Naruto Kintoki sweet potato and black sesame, pumpkin and sultana raisin, and chestnut and macadamia nut (540 yen each).
The bread selection includes five varieties: Ghost Fougasse, made with olive slices, bacon, and semi-dried tomatoes (410 yen); Black Cat Bread filled with gianduja (330 yen); mummy-style sausage bread (340 yen); pumpkin melon bread (410 yen); and a chewy potato bread baked with black sesame and sweet potato kneaded into the dough (504 yen). Two savory items will also be sold: pumpkin Halloween quiche (800 yen per slice) and Halloween Japanese wagyu hamburger steak finished with tomato sauce (1,800 yen).
The event will be held at Gourmet Boutique Melissa. Items will be available from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. All prices include tax. Baked goods and some breads have been on sale since September 1.
