
Kagoshima Launches Tourism Support Discount
Fortnum & Mason will reopen its Fortnum & Mason Gransta Tokyo store at 10 a.m. on September 16 following renovations.
The store has been undergoing renovations since January and will newly feature its first tea stand in Japan. The grocery section will offer tea, biscuits, jams, marmalades, and more.
The tea stand will sell the Tokyo Station-exclusive “Scone Sandwich,” featuring a scone filled with strawberry jam and Cornish clotted cream, as well as the “Cream Tea Set,” which includes two scones, clotted cream, and a cup of jam.
Drinks will include milk tea, black tea, and caffeine-free herbal tea, as well as a Japan-exclusive tea soda combining Earl Grey Classic tea and strawberry jam.
The store is located inside the Marunouchi Underground Gate area of Gransta Tokyo on the first basement level of JR Tokyo Station. Hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays and public holidays.
