All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special ticket handling due to the expected impact of Typhoon 25.
As of 12:45 p.m. on September 19, special handling applies to flights to and from Hachijojima from September 20 to 21; Tokyo/Narita and Tokyo/Haneda from the afternoon of September 20 through September 21; and Shizuoka on September 21.
For tickets for eligible flights, changes, rebooking, and refunds will be accepted free of charge, regardless of the actual flight operation status.
