All Nippon Airways (ANA) will offer special ticket handling due to the anticipated impact of Typhoon No. 25.
As of 10:15 a.m. on September 21, the special handling applies to flights arriving at or departing from Hachijojima, Tokyo/Narita, and Tokyo/Haneda on September 21; Shizuoka on September 21; and Nagoya/Chubu on the afternoon of September 21.
For eligible flights, ticket changes, rebooking, and refunds will be accepted free of charge regardless of the actual flight operating status.
