THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL, Autograph Collection will offer “Afternoon Tea ‘VOYAGE’ La saison des marrons” from October 1 through November 2.
Sweets include a chestnut pie baked with almond cream and chestnuts wrapped in puff pastry, chestnut and yuzu mousse, and a parfait layered with Mont Blanc cream, brown sugar ice cream, hojicha-flavored panna cotta, diced chestnuts, yuzu jelly, and caramelized hazelnuts. Savory items include foie gras and cacao mousse, mushroom and truffle quiche served with prosciutto, and truffle-flavored French fries enjoyed with Mimolette cheese. Drinks include an original mocktail combining Assam tea with roasted chestnut syrup and cherries, as well as free-flow service of 15 varieties of tea from DAMMANN FRÈRES.
The venue is THE LOBBY LOUNGE. Reservations are accepted in 30-minute intervals from noon to 4:30 p.m. The seating time is limited to two and a half hours. The price is 12,000 yen, or 10,000 yen without the parfait, including tax and service charge. Reservations are required by noon two days in advance.
