Red Horse Trust will open Workman House Tomakomai Funami on September 28 and Workman House Premium Tomakomai Hokuei on September 30.
Both buildings have two floors above ground. Workman House Tomakomai Funami has 64 guest rooms, while Workman House Premium Tomakomai Hokuei has 50, with non-smoking and smoking rooms separated. Rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, televisions, two-door refrigerators, hanger racks, laundry baskets, air conditioning, and heating. All rooms at Tomakomai Hokuei have unit bathrooms, while bathrooms and toilets are shared at Tomakomai Funami. Major projects, including GX-related businesses and next-generation semiconductor factories, are underway in the surrounding area, and the properties will meet accommodation demand from workers staying for extended periods.
The facilities include dining halls and free laundry rooms. Tomakomai Funami also features a large public bath for men only, a washroom, and shower rooms.
