Hyatt will open Hyatt Centric Sapporo on October 3.
The hotel will occupy the 1st floor and floors 17 through 26 of the Urban Net Sapporo Link Tower. It will offer 216 guest rooms, including nine suites. To mark the opening, room rates will be discounted by 15% off regular rates, or 17% for members, and plans including hotel credit for use within the property will also be available.
The hotel will feature a bar, fitness center, and multipurpose event space. A mechanical parking facility with space for 20 vehicles will be available by paid advance reservation. Matsu Grill & Bar on the 17th floor will serve wood-fire-cooked seafood dishes, Ezo venison, fermented and aged pork ribs, and more.
To commemorate the opening, guests ordering a course dinner will receive a complimentary glass of sparkling wine for a toast from October 3 through 31 (a non-alcoholic drink may be substituted). Mr. Fish on the 1st floor will offer fish and chips made with white fish and potatoes, craft beer, acai bowls, fish burgers, and more.
The hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station and Sapporo Subway Station, about a 6-minute walk from Odori Subway Station, and around 45 minutes by car from New Chitose Airport.
