Red Horse Trust will open Workman House Shari on December 23.
The two-story building has a total of 38 rooms, all of which are Western-style single rooms: 14 non-smoking rooms and 24 smoking rooms. Bathrooms and toilets are shared by all rooms. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, two-door refrigerators, hanging racks, and laundry baskets. Complimentary amenities include toothbrush sets, razors, and bath and face towels (available for rental). Facilities include a dining room, free laundry room, large public bath, washroom, shower room, and women-only showers and washbasins. Complimentary rice balls, ice cream, and tea dispensers are also available. Daily set meals will be served for breakfast and dinner.
Accommodation rates are JPY 5,900 per person per night for room only, or JPY 7,900 including breakfast and dinner. An additional fee of JPY 500 applies during the peak summer season from July through September and for winter heating and snow removal from November through April. Boxed meals are available for JPY 700 each. Guests staying for 30 nights or more can receive discounts of up to 22% under the monthly plan.
