Hilton Narita will hold its “Autumn Gourmet Journey Buffet & Shine Muscat Fair” from September 1 through October 29.
Two varieties of stone-oven pizza will be served daily from a selection of 10, including Italy’s “Prosciutto Pizza with Fresh Arugula and Herbs,” France’s “Seafood Pizza with Duxelles de Champignons and Anchovies,” Korea’s “Cheese Samgyeopsal Pizza,” and Japan’s “Shine Muscat and Ricotta Cheese Dessert Pizza.” Seasonal Shine Muscat grapes will be available all you can eat, along with eight daily rotating desserts such as Shine Muscat mille-feuille, tarts, naked cakes, chocolates, and daifuku. At the live kitchen, roast beef made with Munakata beef from Fukuoka Prefecture will be carved and served. Cold and hot dishes will include pumpkin, sweet potato and Parmesan quiche; autumn eggplant Bolognese pasta; pork belly carbonnade flamande; and chestnut royale topped with bacon foam and noisette oil.
The event will be held at the Terrace Restaurant on the lobby floor. Weekday lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., among other times. Prices start from JPY 6,500 for adults, JPY 2,500 for elementary school children, and JPY 1,200 for children aged 4 to 6. Children aged 3 and under dine free. Tax and service charge are included.
