Emirates has opened the Emirates Travel Store Tokyo in Otemachi, Tokyo. It is the airline’s second location in Japan, following the store in Osaka that opened in July 2025.
The store features beige lounge chairs, self-service kiosks, a queue management system, and a selfie mirror that allows visitors to select backgrounds of cities served by the airline. A Boeing 777 Business Class seat is also on display. Multilingual staff provide flight booking services, travel information, and itinerary suggestions.
The store is located on the first floor of Otemachi One in Otemachi, Tokyo. It is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
