The hotel will offer 82 rooms across 11 types, including Double, Twin, King, Queen, Comfort Twin, Superior Twin, and Sauna Queen rooms. All rooms feature Koala mattresses, bed linens, pajamas, and towels by FRUIT OF THE LOOM, as well as cado air purifiers. Sauna Queen rooms are equipped with an in-room private sauna with button-operated löyly and a cold bath.
The hotel’s music bar will feature an original sound system and plans to regularly host music experiences led by DJs and artists. Its selection will focus on Japanese shochu, whisky, and craft gin, alongside spirits and wines from around the world. The spa will include a guests-only, mixed-gender sauna where swimwear is required, featuring button-operated löyly, a cold bath, and an outdoor relaxation area. The restaurant will serve a half-buffet breakfast centered on beef chazuke and roast beef salad; lunch featuring items such as a special beef rice burger and hayashi rice; and dinner centered on Japanese wagyu steaks, including Kobe beef, paired with wines and cocktails. Reservations are already being accepted.
The hotel is a 7-minute walk from Sannomiya Station on the JR Tokaido Main Line and a 5-minute walk from Sannomiya Station on the Subway Seishin-Yamate Line.
