Pullman Tokyo Tamachi will offer its “Christmas Afternoon Tea” from November 1 through December 25.
The theme is “A Snowy Christmas Forest.” The sweets plate is covered with cocoa meringue to evoke a Christmas forest blanketed in falling snow. It features seven varieties: a raspberry savarin depicting a snow-covered forest scene; a mango and almond jelly kugel designed to resemble a Christmas ornament; a banana and chocolate mousse inspired by Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer; stollen made with almond milk; a strawberry mille-feuille shaped like a Christmas tree; gingerbread sandwiches; and butterscotch macarons. Three daily savory items and scones will also be served.
Drinks include free-flow coffee selections and 14 varieties of Ronnefeldt tea, along with one limited-edition cocktail per guest inspired by Christmas candy. Each guest will also receive a small gift box containing five varieties of Ronnefeldt tea.
