Marriott International, JR Central, Shin-Yokohama Station Development, and JR Tokai Hotels will open Courtyard by Marriott Shin-Yokohama Station on December 18.
The property is located directly above JR Shin-Yokohama Station, within the station building, with guest rooms occupying the 13th through 19th floors. The hotel will offer 203 rooms across seven room types, including 96 Guest Rooms with two twin beds, 84 Guest Rooms with one king bed, and two accessible rooms. The guest room design draws inspiration from the history of the Shin-Yokohama area, which prospered through river transport along the Tsurumi River, incorporating soft curves reminiscent of traditional Japanese boats throughout the interiors.
The lobby is located on the 10th floor. Royal Host, the restaurant on the same floor, will serve a breakfast buffet. On the 12th floor, THE CROSS HUB, a relaxation and work space for hotel guests and meeting room users, will offer soft drinks and more. Reservations are already being accepted.
The hotel is directly connected to JR Shin-Yokohama Station.
