Expedia Group Launches Autonomous Onboarding for Accommodation Partners
H.I.S. launched its travel brand for young people, “TABIOOPS!,” on October 1.
The brand offers “post-work tours” that depart after school or work, as well as travel packages combining thrills, gourmet food, scenery, and more. It proposes trips that are not bound by meticulous planning, offering a style of travel that also embraces unexpected experiences at the destination. Examples of travel packages include 5 days in Cairns from ¥169,800, 10 days in Barcelona, Rome, and Paris from ¥399,800, and 3 days on Kohama Island in Okinawa from ¥64,400.
It offers a “Travel Type Assessment,” where users can answer questions to discover their travel preferences, recommended sample itineraries, and compatibility for traveling with friends. From October 1 through 31, it is holding an SNS campaign in which people who follow its official X or Instagram account and share their assessment results on social media can win airline tickets or original merchandise.
A campaign commemorating the service launch is being held from October 1 through March 31, 2027. Coupons worth up to ¥20,000 off overseas travel will be distributed to the first 100 groups to book. Those booking their first overseas trip and following the official social media accounts will receive original stickers and a passport cover.
