Ascott will open Citadines North Shinjuku Tokyo on October 28.
The property will offer a total of 179 accommodations, comprising 106 hotel rooms and 73 serviced residences. Room types will include 25-square-meter studio rooms, one-bedroom premier rooms, family rooms, and two-bedroom rooms accommodating three to six guests. Most rooms will be equipped with kitchen facilities.
The property’s interior design adopts patchwork as its concept. Patchwork is a handicraft technique that stitches together fabrics of different colors, patterns, and shapes to create a single work. The design expresses through patchwork the character of Hyakunincho, an area in Tokyo where diverse cultures, people, and histories have overlapped to cultivate its distinctive appeal. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, gym, laundry room, café, vending machines, foreign currency exchange machine, and water dispensers.
It is approximately a 3-minute walk from Okubo Station and a 7-minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station.
