Hilton Nagoya will offer its autumn “A Gourmet Journey Through the 53 Stations of the Tokaido” lunch and dinner buffet from October 6 through December 6.

The beef can be enjoyed with tamari soy sauce steak sauce, hatcho miso demi-glace sauce, black shichimi spice blend, and more. The buffet also offers more than 70 menu items, including drinks, such as Keichan-style Cajun steamed chicken, mixed fried black hanpen fish cake and horse mackerel, fresh sakura shrimp and mushroom ajillo, Otowa brown rice risotto in the style of unagi mabushi, Mikawa pork and chestnut pâté de campagne, prosciutto and sweet potato tart, Shizuoka tea-infused chicken breast, Tsukiyo no Murasaki Mont Blanc, chestnut shortcake, and pumpkin moon soufflé cheesecake.
