Japan Airlines (JAL) will end Chinese-language support at contact centers in certain regions as of November 24.
The countries and regions affected are Thailand, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, New Zealand, Russia (Vladivostok), and the United States (Guam).
JAL said it will strengthen its Japanese- and English-language support services going forward.
