Samty Holdings will open Esperia Hotel Sapporo in late January 2027.
The 13-story building will offer a total of 196 guest rooms: 190 double and twin rooms, including connecting rooms, four triple rooms, and two accessible rooms. Based on the concept of a “second home,” the hotel will feature a design that evokes Hokkaido’s natural surroundings and the warmth of wood.
Facilities will include a restaurant serving dishes made with ingredients from Hokkaido, a front desk and lobby, a lounge with a fireplace, and a large public bath. Reservations are already being accepted.
The hotel is approximately a five-minute walk from Odori Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway Namboku Line and approximately a three-minute walk from Susukino Station.
