The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo will close its entire hotel from 2:00 p.m. on November 20 until noon on November 25.
The closure is due to a hotel-wide power outage required for construction work to enhance disaster response capabilities.
On November 20, accommodation services will cease after check-out, while the spa and restaurants and bars will close at 4:00 p.m. The Bar will be closed. On November 25, accommodation services will resume at 3:00 p.m., the spa at noon, and restaurants and bars will operate as usual beginning with lunch service.
