RIMOWA launched “RIMOWA Original Unique” on November 4.
The customization service, previously limited to the “Classic” collection, has been expanded to include the aluminum “Original” collection. It is available for newly purchased items as well as eligible suitcases already owned, allowing customers to combine handles, wheels, and leather luggage tags in up to 12 colors.
Handles are available for the Cabin, Check-in, and Trunk models in the silver “Original” collection. D65 wheels are compatible with Check-in and Trunk models, while D50 wheels are compatible with the Original Compact, Pilot, and all Cabin sizes, as well as the “Classic” collection. Eligible models and colors are subject to restrictions.
The service is available at select RIMOWA stores in Japan and through the official website. Prices, including tax, are ¥50,600 for the “RIMOWA Original Handle Set,” ¥27,500 for the “RIMOWA Unique Wheel Set,” and ¥15,400 for the “RIMOWA Unique Luggage Tag.”
