Hilton Tokyo will host its “King & Queen Christmas” Christmas sweets buffet from November 13 through December 26.
The theme is a red-carpet party welcoming a king and queen. More than 20 kinds of sweets will be available, including a shortcake inspired by a red carpet; a mousse cake featuring tuile designed to resemble royal lace; “Queen’s Jewelry,” layered with strawberry compote and ruby chocolate mousse; and “Queen’s Late-Night Velvet Jelly,” an arrangement of mulled wine in jelly form. The live station will serve freshly piped white Mont Blanc desserts and an “Inspiration Yuzu” chocolate fountain. The savory selection includes nine items, such as roast chicken with honey mustard sauce, sautéed white fish with truffle-flavored beurre blanc sauce, and pumpkin gnocchi gratin with tomato and cheese. Guests can choose from 17 beverages, including nine varieties of Ronnefeldt tea.
The buffet will be held at the Marble Lounge. It is available from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The price is 5,900 yen, or 6,700 yen on weekends and holidays and from December 21 to 25. Tax and service charge are included.
