The Westin Sendai will be offering the ‘Dreaming Rainbow Afternoon Tea’ from July 6 to September 13.
The theme is the colorful ‘rainbow colors,’ which are said to be a sign of incoming good fortune. The weekday menu includes six types of sweets such as rainbow cheesecake, kiwi and passion fruit roll cake, three types of bread including rainbow pavé, savory items like rainbow sandwiches, a selection of 16 types of drinks including JING TEA, Ronnefeldt tea selection, and original coffee. On weekends, they offer seven kinds of stand sweets and 10 types of savory buffet including roast beef from Miyagi Prefecture Kurihara-city’s black Wagyu beef, rainbow sandwiches with jerk chicken, cream pasta with snow crab and moringa, along with an 11 kinds of sweets & bread buffet including rainbow churros and rainbow pavé, and 19 types of drinks including original mocktails.
The venue is ‘Restaurant Symphony’ on the 26th floor. The service is available for 120 minutes from 2 PM to 5 PM (the last admission is at 3 PM, and the last order is 20 minutes before closing). The price is 4,800 yen on weekdays, and 6,800 yen on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, including service charge and tax.
