Hotel New Otani Hakata and Hotel New Otani Saga will host the 6th edition of the “Exquisite Bread Buffet” in July and August.
The buffet features over 40 types of bread, including freshly-baked salt bread, focaccia, and selections such as hamburgers and sandwiches, along with a monthly changing menu of food and desserts. Each month offers a collaborative menu by the bakers and chefs, with July featuring a special buns × Wagyu patty burger and whole grain bread × Asakura “Kiyo Egg” sandwich, and August presenting a spicy chicken sausage mini white dog and bamboo charcoal soft baguette × thick-cut pork “black” katsu sandwich.
Hotel New Otani Hakata will hold the event at the Cafe & Restaurant “Green House” on the 1st floor, on July 13 and August 10. The available times are 11:30 AM, 12 PM, 1:30 PM, and 2 PM, each session lasting 100 minutes.
Hotel New Otani Saga will hold the event at the “Phoenix Hall” on the M2 floor, on July 14 and August 10. The available times are 12 PM and 12:30 PM, each session lasting 100 minutes.
The price is 5,500 yen for adults and 4,200 yen for elementary school students, including service charge and tax.
