Finnair hosted its first seminar called ‘Finnair Café’ for travel agencies and land operators on July 25th.
With the Aurora Borealis as the main theme, the session was set up to serve as a reference for future tour creation. In an effort to create new trends for Aurora viewing tours, attractions in Lapland famous for Aurora viewings in autumn and winter, such as Rovaniemi and Saariselkä, were introduced, along with Oulu, which offers good accessibility for Aurora viewing, and Luosto, a resort area known as a sauna sanctuary that also offers Aurora viewing opportunities.
Finnair plans to continue hosting ‘Finnair Café’, aiming to raise awareness of Finland and the Nordic countries.
