Hotel New Otani Tokyo is offering a ‘Classic Lamb Burger’ until September 29.
This new menu item was conceived to celebrate the hotel’s 50th anniversary, using 100% Icelandic lamb, which represents only around 1% of all imported lamb meat. The patty is seasoned with spices such as paprika and cumin and is topped with a piquant sauce made using Harissa.
The operating hours are for lunch from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM on weekdays. Dinner is from 5 PM to 10 PM, with last orders at 8:30 PM. The price is 3,500 yen, exclusive of service charge.
