SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL will offer a limited accommodation plan named “RECORD LIBRARY ROOM,” where 150 vinyl records will be placed in the guest rooms. This unique plan is available from August 21st, 2024, to February 21st, 2025, limited to 2 rooms per day.
The hotel has collaborated with Island Entertainment, which has been operating the record store “Records-Records” in Sapporo city since the ’70s. The “Premium Deluxe Double” rooms will be equipped with 150 vinyl records and coaxial powered studio monitors that have won awards for their sound reproduction capability, manufactured by JBL.
The price starts at 46,000 yen per night for a single guest and 25,000 yen per night per person when used by two guests (breakfast included, tax and service charge included).
