‘seven x seven’ is a hotel brand that aims to redefine ‘the luxury of the current era,’ constantly injecting new values and fun. It follows the opening of seven x seven Itoshima in March, becoming the second facility under this brand.
Shimada House is in charge of its management. The facility consists of four buildings: CENTRAL with 13 floors, EAST with 5 floors, WEST with 9 floors, and SOUTH with 4 floors, comprising a total of 121 rooms across 21 different design types. Every room features a terrace, with options including ocean-view rooms with Jacuzzis, Japanese modern rooms with tatami mats, barrier-free rooms, and bunk-bed rooms for group stays.
There are two types of pools: a sunset pool with an ocean view and an infinity pool club for those over 20, equipped with a Jacuzzi, private saunas, and cabanas. The sauna, supervised by the sauna creative group ‘TTNE,’ is the southernmost authentic Finnish sauna in Japan. The two restaurants within the facility offer ‘Latin Italian’ cuisine, combining Italian with Spanish and Mexican dishes, and ‘Bar Red.’, a bar concept developed around ‘an adult playground’ offering around 200 types of gin along with billiard and karaoke.
The facility is approximately an 18-minute drive from New Ishigaki Airport.
