Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk is offering the ‘Sky-High Afternoon Tea – Autumn Dusk’ from September 2nd until October 31st.
Inspired by the clear skies tinted with orange and pink hues during an autumn dusk, the afternoon tea menu features items such as ‘Almond Orange Cake’ coated with orange jam and garnished with coconut, flavored with the aroma of orange; ‘Whipped Cheese Mousse’ that combines rich cheese mousse with sweet orange and basil; and ‘Pumpkin and Blueberry Roll Cake’ which represents the changing colors of the sky from dusk till sunset, among a total of eight sweet dishes. Savory dishes include ‘Sweet Potato Petit Croquette with Duck in Tomato Miso Sauce’, using sweet potatoes and shredded duck, ‘Smoked Salmon Pancakes’ with homemade salted salmon and pumpkin on mini pancakes, and ‘Mushroom Crème Brulee’. There are also scones and seasonal soup available.
The location is on the 35th floor at the Bar & Dining CLOUDS. Available times are in two sessions on weekdays at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM, and three sessions on weekends and holidays at 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3:30 PM. The price is 5,000 yen on weekdays and 5,500 yen on weekends and holidays.
