Tokyo Dome Hotel will hold the ‘Hokkaido Fair 2024’ from October 1, 2024, to January 14, 2025.
With the support of the Hokkaido Prefectural Government, chefs have inspected the land of Hokkaido, focusing on the southern area, and have selected fresh seasonal ingredients including red snow crab from Esashi Port, rice from Rankoshi Town, melons from Kuriyama Town in Yubari County, wine and dairy products from Tokachi, eggs, and more. The fair will be divided into two parts: the first part runs until November 24, and the second part from November 25, 2024, to January 14, 2025.
The buffet menu for the first part includes dishes such as ‘One Shoulder of Hokkaido Red Snow Crab,’ ‘Comparison of Scallops (Grilled Shell Scallop and Fried Hokkaido Scallop with White Corn Tartar Sauce)’ (dinner only), along with more than ten types of seafood in the ‘Lilassa Seafood Original Parfait’ (dinner only), ‘Crab Fried Rice with Yellow Eggs from Takeuchi Poultry Farm in Tōkachi Town,’ ‘Autumn Salmon in Chan Chan Yaki Style with Tokachi Mash Miso Cream Sauce,’ ‘Lamb Mapo Tofu,’ and more.
The venue is the 3rd floor Super Dining ‘Lilassa.’ The buffet lunch is available from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM with a 90-minute limit, and last order at 2:30 PM. The dinner buffet is from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM with a 120-minute limit, and last order at 9:00 PM. Prices are 4,950 yen for adults on weekdays and 5,650 yen on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays for lunch; 6,500 yen for adults on weekdays and 7,200 yen on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays for dinner, including tax and service charges.
