SHIBUYA STREAM HOTEL is offering an afternoon tea, ‘STREAM Afternoon Tea – Eat! Eat! Eat!,’ from September 1 to November 30.
The petit fours lineup includes ‘Chestnut Pumpkin Mousse & Cinnamon Cream,’ ‘Hazelnut Crème Brûlée,’ a parfait made with chestnuts from Kasama in Ibaraki Prefecture, ‘Kasama’s Chestnut Parfait,’ and ‘Naruto Kintoki Sweet Potato Pie Stick,’ featuring autumnal ingredients such as sweet potatoes, chestnuts, and pumpkins. The savories feature ‘Chestnut and Mushroom Balsamic Marinade,’ ‘Salmon Tartare with Potato Galette,’ ‘Duck Pastrami with Pumpkin and Autumn Fruits Pinchos,’ and ‘Warm Chestnut Soup with a Scent of Truffle.’ Drinks include TWG Tea and a welcome drink of Pumpkin Lassi, made with pumpkin and yogurt base plus cinnamon.
The location is on the 4th floor Bar & Dining ‘TORRENT.’ Available times are from 11:45 am and 2:00 pm, each session lasting for 2 hours. The price is 6,000 yen (tax and service charge included).
