Qatar Airways and Maldivian have signed an interline agreement.
This allows passengers to book flights on both airlines in a single reservation. Upon arriving at Velana International Airport in Malé, Maldives, Qatar Airways’ passengers will be guided to the domestic terminal of Maldivian Airlines, where their baggage allowance will be treated the same as on international flights.
Passengers will be able to utilize 17 routes operated by Maldivian Airlines, connecting Malé with Dharavandhoo, Faresmaathodaa, Funadhoo, Huvadhu, Gan, Hanimaadhoo, Ifuru, Kaadedhdhoo, Kadhdhoo, Kooddoo, Maafaru, Maavarulu, Madivaru, Thimarafushi.
The agreement aims to enhance the travel experience to the Maldives by offering a wider range of options, competitive fares, and coordinated flight schedules.
