Hotel Indigo Karuizawa is offering the ‘Autumn in Karuizawa with Shinshu Wine & Game Pairing Dinner Plan’ until November 27.
The hotel’s sommelier carefully selects Shinshu wines to suggest the best pairings with meals upon request. The menu consists of four courses: appetizer, pasta, main, and dessert. The main dish features “Grilled Nagano Venison and Seasonal Vegetables with Sweet Vinegar Sauce.”
Prices start from 85,400 yen for two people per room, including two meals, tax, and service charge.
