Daiwa House Realty Management will reopen “Daiwa Roynet Hotel Yokohama Koen” on October 11th.
Newly established room types include the “Style Twin” that accommodates small dogs, the “Theater Twin” equipped with a projector, the “Deluxe Twin” for up to three guests, and the “Junior Suite -Hiyori-” featuring a raised tatami space, totaling 26 rooms across these four categories. All rooms are designed with a minimum size of 18 square meters and are equipped with wide-size beds from France Bed. In addition, the new room types include a refrigerator/freezer and a microwave, as well as beauty and health appliances like a ReFa showerhead.
Furthermore, to coincide with the renewal, the lobby and entrance have been refurbished to express the sophisticated aesthetics of Yokohama, an international city, while embracing a “Mid-century Modern” theme and conveying the weight of history and timeless beauty.
