
OMO7 Asahikawa by Hoshino Resorts Offers ‘Sakura Scented Afternoon Tea’ from April 10 to May 31
The Westin Miyako Kyoto will offer an autumn afternoon tea featuring chestnuts, sweet potatoes, and other seasonal ingredients from November 1 to 30.
The menu includes a variety of sweets such as a dual-colored Mont Blanc cream with pumpkin and purple yam, ‘Pumpkin and Purple Yam Mont Blanc’, an ‘Apple and Tea Mousse’ combining apple with tea mousse, and a ‘Chestnut and Cassis Roll Cake’ wrapping fluffy roll cake around Tamba chestnuts with a hint of cassis sourness, among 7 types of sweets. For savory items, there are offerings like ‘Beef Tartlets with Truffle Flavor’ and ‘Salmon Rillettes with Consommé Jelly’. For drinks, a free-flow of ‘JING TEA’ a British tea brand, Japanese tea, and coffee will be provided.
The venue is the second-floor tea lounge, “Mayfair.” The afternoon tea is available at 11:30 a.m., noon, 2:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m., and 3:30 p.m., each session lasting for 2 hours. The price is 6,500 yen.
