All Nippon Airways (ANA) will introduce the ‘Ai Ticket’ for the Miyako-Ishigaki route.
This will be available for reservations and ticketing from October 17, for flights departing on or after October 27. The one-way fare is 6,690 yen. Eligible users are residents of the remote islands of Okinawa who hold either an ‘Okinawa Remote Islands Resident Discount Fare Card’ or a ‘Proof of Certificate for former holders of the Okinawa Remote Islands Resident Discount Fare Card.’
From October 27, ANA will resume the operation of the Miyako-Ishigaki route once a day. The flights will be operated by ANA Wings using Boeing 737-800 aircraft, equipped with 8 premium class and 158 economy class seats, totaling 166 seats. The flight duration from Miyako is 35 minutes, and from Ishigaki is 30 minutes. A premium class is available, and tea and sweets service will be provided.
