Caption by Hyatt Namba Osaka will offer the ‘Ura Namba Burger’ set, which features an oversized chicken nanban sandwiched with a plentiful amount of tartar sauce, from October 1 to November 24.
The chicken nanban uses 200 grams of chicken, which is first cooked at a low temperature before being fried upon each order, a two-step cooking process that ensures its deliciousness. The secret flavor comes from miso sourced from Daigen Miso. The tartar sauce comes in two varieties: a chunky egg tartar sauce and a ‘Super Ume (Plum) Tartar’ mixed with plums from Kishu. The set menu offers ‘Miso Strone’ soup, featuring autumn vegetables seasoned with kelp and bonito dashi, and Daigen Miso’s original miso, along with an original craft cola blended with cinnamon and clove spices. Half sizes are also available, and individual items can be taken out.
Located on the first floor cafe & bar ‘Talkshop.’ Available from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Prices are 1,600 yen for the ‘Ura Namba Burger’ set, 1,300 yen for the set in half-size, 1,300 yen for individual items, and 1,000 yen for individual items in half-size (including tax).
