JAL to Test Fuel-Efficiency with ‘Sharkskin’ Coating on 787-9 Aircraft for International Flights
Lufthansa has celebrated its 40th anniversary of services to South Korea.
Currently, it operates routes from Seoul/Incheon to Frankfurt and Munich, and this year, the group’s Swiss International Air Lines also began operating a route from Seoul/Incheon to Zurich.
It offers services such as check-in procedures at the Seoul Station City Airport Terminal, and the “Lufthansa Rail & Air” intermodal service combining Korean high-speed rail (KTX) with flights. Specialized services for the Korean market include hiring Korean cabin staff, offering Korean meals onboard, and providing Korean entertainment.
It also launches special fares for flights to major European cities, which include tickets originating from eight Korean cities under the “Lufthansa Rail & Air” service.
