UC Card Increases Administrative Fees for Overseas Shopping to 3.85% Starting December 5

UC Card is raising its administrative fees for overseas shopping transactions starting December 5.

This change is due to the evolving environment of credit card transactions overseas and the increasing costs related to international transactions. Currently, a fee of 2.20% is charged for transactions made with Visa and Mastercard international brands, but this will be increased to 3.85%.

The new fee will apply to transactions processed at the brand payment centers from the same date onwards. There may be instances where transactions made before December 4 will also be subject to the revised fee.
