Jetstar Japan has revealed that due to a system error, it was unable to properly issue bonus flight vouchers to passengers who purchased fares with option sets.
The issue affected those who booked ‘Starter Plus’ and ‘Starter Max’ fares from September 2022 through November 2023.
The error was due to a system update, and it has been corrected. The affected customers have been contacted via email, and the matter has been reported to the Consumer Affairs Agency. There was no impact on customers who chose miles from three different companies as part of their options.
