Hong Kong Express Airways introduced a new baggage measurement gauge on December 2nd.
The new system is designed to make it more convenient to check the size of carry-on baggage at check-in counters and boarding gates. With the upcoming peak travel season, the airline aims to improve the check-in efficiency.
Passengers who wish to bring a suitcase on board need to purchase either a ‘Lite’ or ‘Max’ fare.
