Domino’s Pizza Collaborates with Hilton Tokyo, Launches ‘Winter Feast Quattro’ on December 4th
Domino’s Pizza Japan and Hilton Tokyo have collaborated to release the ‘Winter Feast Quattro’ on December 4th.
This collaboration features Finlay Semmes, the Executive Chef of Hilton Tokyo’s Metropolitan Grill, and the chefs from Domino’s Pizza. They have paid attention to details such as ingredients, cooking processes, bright colors, and the taste when consumed after a period of time, targeting it towards Christmas and New Year’s festivities. It is said that the development took two years.
Customers can enjoy four different flavors: ‘Natural Red Shrimp and Four Cheeses,’ topped with tender, sweet natural red shrimp and sliced onions on a smoky paprika sauce with a hint of garlic; a colorful ‘Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Sauce’ with rich cream cheese sauce, domestically-smoked salmon, paprika, and spinach; ‘US Angus Beef Bolognese Gratinate,’ featuring creamy white sauce, Domino’s original homemade brown roux, Angus beef bolognese, and sliced potatoes; and ‘Spanish Iberico Pork Pastrami’ topped lavishly with tomato sauce, spinach, paprika, and Spanish Iberico pork, offering a melting sensation and aroma from the meat.
Domino’s Pizza is the first pizza chain developed in Japan, now operating over 1,000 stores and boasting the fourth largest chain scale in the world after the United States, the United Kingdom, and India. The ‘Quattro,’ which allows customers to enjoy four different flavors on one pizza, was developed in Japan and has been sold since 1997.
