Jozankei View Hotel will be offering a ‘Winter Festa’ plan from December 1st to February 28th, 2025.
The plan features a variety of sweets that evoke the white snow of Hokkaido’s winter, such as ‘Hokkaido Fromage Mousse’, ‘Chocolate Mousse with Caramel Ganache Gateau’, and other sweets with impressive contrasts of white, red, and dark brown. Approximately 10 types of sweets including fraise pie, macarons, cookies, marshmallows, and a chocolate fountain will be available.
From December 1st to 25th, ‘Christmas Sweets’ decorated in the spirit of Christmas will be provided, and from December 26th to February 28th, 2025, ‘Winter Sweets’ will be offered. Additionally, for three days only from December 23rd to 25th, ‘Stollen’ and ‘Souffle Roll Cake (Vanilla)’ will also be available.
Accommodations include dinner and breakfast in a Japanese, Western, and Chinese buffet style, offering menus mixed with seasonal and local ingredients for dinner, and options like the ‘Selfish Bowl’ full of seafood for breakfast.
