TKP Corporation has announced the opening of ‘APA Hotel ‘ on January 20, 2025.
The company acquired the former Dai-ichi Hotel Shonan in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, on October 31, and has signed a franchise agreement with APA Hotels. Refurbishment works for rebranding will be carried out in all guest rooms.
The building is an 11-story structure. The hotel will feature 111 rooms comprised of singles, doubles, and twins. Rooms will be equipped with APA Hotel’s original beds, 50-inch LCD TVs, ceiling lights, free Wi-Fi, free broadcasting of BBC World News, and a complimentary VOD service. The hotel will also have a beauty salon, a restaurant that can be used for meetings, get-togethers, and as a breakfast venue, and a front desk equipped with a 1-second check-in system.
Access is a 3-minute walk from JR Tokaido Main Line Tsujido Station.
