ANA Holdings Acquires All Shares of Peach Aviation
ANA Holdings has acquired all shares of Peach Aviation.
On December 20th, it acquired the 7% of shares held by Hong Kong’s First Eastern Aviation Holdings.
Peach Aviation was established in February 2011, with ANA Holdings owning 77.9%, the former Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (INCJ) 15.1%, and First Eastern Aviation Holdings 7% at the time of establishment. ANA Holdings increased its stake by acquiring some shares in April 2017 to make it a consolidated subsidiary. In September, INCJ transferred all its shares to ANA Holdings.
