This development is in collaboration with Aoki under a franchise agreement, making it the third property franchised with the company. It involves the rebranding of the I Hotel Keikyu Kamata Station. This marks the fourth APA Hotel in the Kamata area.
The hotel has 220 rooms, renovated to the ‘new urban hotel’ standard specification, featuring original beds and 50-inch large LCD TVs.
It offers excellent access to Haneda Airport, central Tokyo, and the Yokohama area, targeting guests for both tourism and business. Efforts are also focused on capturing day-trip demand.
The hotel is approximately a 2-minute walk from Keikyu Line’s Keikyu Kamata Station and about a 7-minute walk from JR Kamata Station.
